Welcome to the CPPD website.
Lifelong learning. I love that phrase. It describes what we as pharmacy professionals do on a constant basis. We learn about new drugs, new mechanisms of action, new dosage forms and drug delivery systems, new monitoring parameters – in hopes that our patients and healthcare provider colleagues will benefit from our knowledge. In over 30 years as a pharmacist (I still can’t believe it has been that long) I continue on a daily journey of joyous discovery of new information.
Our dedicated team at CPPD strives to provide high quality programming to support you in maintaining your competence, and in providing high quality patient care.
We couldn’t do this without the support of the College of Pharmacists of BC, and I thank the College for their ongoing commitment to CPPD. I would also like to acknowledge the support of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UBC.
